Inforpress turns orange after taking
on EasyJet's Communication
Madrid: 2003: Inforpress has become the agency for easyJet, the low-cost
British-owned airline. The communications and pr firm will serve easyJet in
Spain and Portugal, taking responsibility for all public and trade external
communications inside the Iberian Peninsula.
Currently easyJet operates 100 routes to all major tourist and business destinations
in Europe, making it the most important low-cost airline in Europe.
In Spain the airline flies from seven airports: Alicante, Barcelona, Bilbao,
Ibiza, Madrid, Málaga and Palma (Majorca). In Portugal it flies from
Faro. Destinations served from Spain and Portugal include Amsterdam, Bristol,
East Midlands, Geneva, Liverpool, London Gatwick, London Luton, London Stansted,
and Newcastle.
easyJet is the favourite airline of the Internet users, with 93% of its fligths
booked through its web site.
Inforpress, with a team of 75 professionals, has offices in Madrid, Barcelona,
Valencia and Lisbon. The 14 year old company is part a network of partner agencies
