"The Holmes Report” ranks Inforpress Group employees
the most satisfied in Spain and sixth in Continental Europe
Madrid, September 2006: Inforpress has ranked as
the best Spanish Public Relations Agency to work for and the agency, which
employs more than 100 professionals, has formed a structure with few hierarchies
and encourages its team to take new responsibilities, according to The Holmes
Report, a worldwide reference for the public relations industry.
Inforpress appears in sixth place in the Continental Europe ranking (United
Kingdom is not included), even as the report concludes that Spanish employees
are the most difficult to satisfy. According to The Holmes Report: this
agency “appears to have figured out how to do it”.
“The formula involves a flat organizational structure with a minimum hierarchy;
a culture that encourages employees to take on new responsibilities - mistakes
are not punished but viewed as learning opportunities; open communication; a
robust professional development program; and a commitment to the community that
enables employees to use their skills for good causes”, stated the report.
The Holmes Report, headquartered in the USA and a world reference in the
public relations industry, rates the best public relations agencies to work for
based on feedback from agency employees.
