Guided the IFA platform through its £650m IPO, offering board level strategic counsel as lead corporate and financial communications adviser.

IntegraFin, the holding company of Transact, is an award winning platform service, with a premium offering to UK financial advisers and their clients, that listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 2nd March 2018. Lansons was appointed as the Company’s corporate and financial communications adviser in the last quarter of 2017 to guide it through the IPO and its investor relations.

Platforms provide financial advisers with an efficient method for managing financial plans and a simple way to maintain their records and invest customers’ assets. Services include centralised administration, aggregated custody and trading and simple tax wrappers. The Group was founded in April 1999 and launched the first UK platform in March 2000. Since then, Transact has become one of the UK’s leading independent platforms with approximately £27.9 billion of FUD as at 31 December 2017.

At the time of listing, Transact served more than 150,000 clients on behalf of over 5,100 financial advisers.

As part of the preparation for the IPO, Lansons advised the Board and senior management team on the communications strategy and the development of key materials. This included the prospectus, ITF announcement, investor presentation, media narrative, fact sheet and investor and media Q&A in order to best position the Company, with media, existing shareholders and potential investors.

Ahead of going live, the team also conducted media interview rehearsals for management using our in-house film production studio and assisted in creating the Company’s new website (including inventive work on the investor relations page).
