Ronn Bechler
Executive Director
Ronn founded Market Eye in 2007, and now sits on the board of Automic Group. He has 18 years financial services, capital markets, investment banking and investor relations experience.
Ronn has advised a number of listed companies on their investor relations strategies and communications – from micro cap to large cap. Recognised as one of the leading investor relations practitioners in Australasia, he regularly presents on investor relations topics at conferences held by industry and professional associations.
Ronn was previously Group Manager, Investor Relations at AXA Asia Pacific Holdings – a top 25 ASX listed company, representing the global AXA Group’s life insurance and wealth management interests in the Asia-Pacific region. Over the four years Ronn was head of investor relations at AXA Asia Pacific, its share price significantly outperformed the overall market and other listed insurance / wealth management companies.
From 2010 to 2012, Ronn was a Non-executive Director of the University Co-operative Bookshop Limited, and Chairman of its Audit, Risk and Corporate Governance Committee. He is actively involved in community, professional and business bodies, was made a Williamson Fellow after graduating from Leadership Victoria’s 2006 Williamson Community Leadership Programme, and was a School Councillor at his children’s school.
Ronn is a Chartered Accountant, Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW, Fellow of FINSIA, and completed a Master of Laws (USyd) and Bachelor of Commerce/Laws (UNSW).
Eric Kuret
Managing Principal
Eric joined Market Eye in 2008, and prior to Market Eye being acquired by Automic Group was the Managing Director & CEO. He is now the Managing Principal of Automic Markets. He has worked across many of Automic Markets/Market Eye’s longstanding clients, and currently manages a number of client relationships in addition to overseeing the operations of Automic Markets.
Eric’s experience in providing dedicated investor relations advice for over 15 years means he has built a deep understanding of his clients’ capital markets’ needs.
Prior to joining Market Eye, Eric was a Senior Financial Accountant at AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited, and also spent time within AXA Asia Pacific’s Investor Relations department. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and has completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance (Kaplan) and a Bachelor of Commerce (LaTrobe).
Adrian Mulcahy
Principal
Adrian has over 25 years of industry experience as an institutional investment professional. He is a former owner and Executive Director of Perennial Growth Management, a business he co-founded in 1999 where he developed the investment philosophy, investment style and analytical platform for the business and played a key role in its ultimate success with funds under management growing from $250m in 1999 to approximately $3bn today. His previous roles included Head of Australian Equities and Portfolio Manager with IOOF and he began his career in the industry in 1989 with UBS Philips and Drew Fund Management in the UK.
Adrian brings an important perspective to the advice he provides to clients having been an institutional investor and has a deep understanding of capital markets and its stakeholders.
Adrian is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and completed a Master of Applied Finance (The University of Melbourne) and Bachelor of Business (RMIT).
Craig Sainsbury
Principal
A top-rated resource sector research analyst in Australia, Craig has over 18 years of industry experience in the financial markets specialising in equity research within the resources sector. His background as a Geological Engineer allows Craig to provide clients with unique insights based on an in-depth understanding of the mining industry and financial markets.
Prior to joining Market Eye, he was Managing Director and Head of Asia Pacific Metals and Mining Research at Goldman Sachs. Craig also worked with Citigroup in London for six years heading their UK Metals and Mining equity research team. At BHP Billiton he was Vice-President of Strategy & Business development and also held industry roles with Pasminco and Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines.
Tristan Everett
Executive Director, Media & Communications
Tristan has 25 years of media and communications experience across the full suite of external corporate affairs disciplines.
He implements multi-channel communication programs that build brands and enhance the reputation of companies to position them as thought leaders and influencers among their stakeholders.
He previously led client engagement across several sectors as the 2IC of the Melbourne office of Edelman Public Relations, and has also led media relations / corporate affairs functions at NAB, GE Capital, General Motors and Mercer.
