MANAGEMENT TEAM

Kevin Lee, CEO and president, is responsible for the management of the business. He is assisted by “Leaders” who manage team and its services for our clients.

Kevin Lee started his career at the Korea Tourism Organization. Prior to establishing his Agency in 1998, he served as Head of Oricom Public Relations, a division of Korea’s full marketing and advertising agency. He subsequently gained experience in the US market at US public relations firm MWW Seattle office.
 
In 2005 and 2009, Kevin was president of the Korean Public Relations Consultancy Association. Kevin conducted Master studies in public relations and journalism at Yonsei University, a Seoul-based private university and he had served as an adjunct professor at Hanyang University in Korea.  

Leo Kim, vice president of Tech. & Digital communications, leads the technology and digital communication team.  Leo has over 27years of work experience as a strategiest, writer, consultant and technilogist.

Esther Seo, executive account director leads an international business including working with PROI partners.

Awards of Distinction

Kevin Lee was chosen one of the 30 writers for publishing of 'The 30-year PR Book' to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Korea Public Relations Association in 2019.

INR won the Gold prize of the Asia Pacific SABRE Awards in 2015 and 
nomination for Finalists of the Asia Pacific SABRE Awards in 2011 and 2013

INR won the Bronze prize in 2013 Stevie Awards.

In 2010, Kevin Lee was presented a plaque of appreciation from Korea Public Relations Consultancy Association (KPRCA).
