rbb Communications announced the addition of four new luxury real estate developments to its client roster — Baccarat Residences Miami, Lofty Brickell Residences, The Crosby Miami World Center and St. Regis Residences Miami.
rbb is working closely with the project developers on integrated domestic and international strategies that generate industry attention and drive sales.

The agency’s lifestyle and real estate practices have grown exponentially since rbb Communications acquired Zakarin’s firm in 2019, a 20-year boutique agency specializing in luxury consumer campaigns.

Planned for Miami’s waterfront in 2025 is Baccarat Residences Miami, a 75-story high-rise providing luxurious living with five-star service and breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay. The new project was entrusted to rbb by long-term client and industry leader Related Group, in partnership with hospitality titan SH Hotels & Resorts.
Lofty is a first-of-its-kind luxury flexible ownership brand purposefully designed, built and licensed for home-sharing on any platform. As buyers’ demand to monetize real estate becomes more popular, especially in the Miami market, rbb is leading the communications campaign in support of the brand’s debut and first location in Brickell on Miami’s River, marking the neighborhoods first waterfront home-sharing condo tower.
The Crosby Miami World Center is the latest residential offering within the 27-acre mixed-use development Miami World Center — one of the largest urban developments in the U.S., offering a diverse mix of retail, dining and entertainment. The striking Downtown project unites design talent including local South Florida architecture firm, CFE Architects and New York-based interior designer firm, AvroKO.
St. Regis Residences Miami is a new two-tower condominium set to redefine the Brickell Financial District skyline – envisioned by a team of industry titans, including Related Group, Integra, Robert A.M. Stern (RAMSA) and Rockwell. The storied brand St. Regis, steeped in rituals and history, lands in Miami at a pivotal moment in the city’s growth and maturation into a world-class destination. Reservations began in January, with official sales slated to begin in Q1 2022.
