As a communications agency, M2 helped cultivate an approachable, open persona for the deluxe hotel, relating with their customers and promptly answering their inquiries. For this next stage of the campaign, the hotel and agency determined its time to shift strategic focus because the number of followers has reached a tipping point. The page transitioned from base building to sales conversion. To facilitate the evolution of the strategy, couponing was pioneered, enticing people to take advantage of available limited-time deals.
