PROI Worldwide, home of the leading global independent integrated communications agencies, has appointed Ciro Dias Reis as Global Chair. He will be chairing its International Board of Directors for two years, starting June 2020.

Our mission as PR professionals is to help companies and organizations in general to innovate and engage in different communication dimensions, aiming to establish the best relationships with stakeholders in these changing times”.
According to him, PROI being a global partnership of independent firms makes it possible to deliver the best value to clients worldwide. “We are more than 75 awarded and recognized partners in 50 countries, and our ability to work together in an agile, non-bureaucratic and integrated way allow us to provide high level services and solutions by adopting good practices and synergies.”
Looking to the redesigned business ecosystem resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, it is not hard to understand why companies and brands need to evolve in the years to come. “New strategies and approaches are required from all players aiming to remain relevant in their markets. PROI partners are ready to support clients in the so called ‘new normal’ based on an integrated approach,” adds the new PROI Global Chair.

An industry leader, PROI’s Global Chair has also served as President of the Brazilian Association of PR Companies (Abracom) for two terms; Board member of the International Communications Consultancy Organization (ICCO) and a member of the Advisory Council of the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Commmunication at the University of Georgia (USA).
